Professional Arc
I am a product manager in HR tech who joined Certif-ID during my master’s program in Germany and most recently worked across mobile onboarding, validation, and compliance-minded product problems in Berlin. The arc runs from business operations in India to growth marketing and then into product ownership, with each step sharpening analytical rigor, stakeholder discipline, and a practical sense for measurable activation or operational improvement.
My Certif-ID journey follows a single product environment:
- Working Student Product Owner (Feb 2024–Sep 2024) translating operational and compliance rules into structured requirements and validation logic.
- Product Management Intern (Oct 2024–Jan 2025) coordinating GDPR/ISO work, translating user feedback, and aligning cross-functional inputs for compliance-heavy feature work.
- Product Manager / Associate Product Manager (Feb 2025–Nov 2025) leading mobile onboarding, activation, and validation automation with analytics-driven prioritization.
How I Work
I focus on making constraints legible, keeping compliance with the business, and sequencing releases to respect parallel mobile, web, and operational dependencies. That means narrowing scope down to the compliance guardrail that matters most, writing structured PRDs with clear acceptance criteria, and steadily tracking activation or validation metrics so the team can learn before scaling rollout.
I bring a calmer cadence: structured discovery conversations, disciplined prioritization reviews, and aligned handoffs between product, engineering, compliance, and operations so noisy HR and onboarding programs stay workable.
